Stuffed Cabbage Cake
Prep Time: 25 Minutes, Cook Time: 40 Minutes
In a medium sized pot, begin to brown the ground beef in medium-high heat
Once the meat is fully cooked, turn down the heat to a summer and stir in the chopped carrots, onion, garlic, basil, rosemary, and eggs
NOTE: Be careful not to let your eggs scramble when incorporating
Let everything simmer for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender
Next, grease a tall, round dish with butter and begin to layer your cabbage and ground beef mixture until you reach the top of your dish
Alternate every other layer, starting and ending with the cabbage
Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes
To serve, place a cutting board or platter on top of the pot and flip everything upside down (speed is your friend here)
