Wild Clover Cubes
A surprisingly beautiful addition to any drink, edible flower ice cubes are sure to delight. We love having them around for impromptu cocktails and mocktails with the kids! We use a large square mold for extra large, perfectly square ice cubes.
Ingredients
- Wild white clover blossoms or any edible flower/herb
- Water
- Ice cube tray/mold
Instructions
- Pick and wash wild white clover blossoms
- Set 1 clover in each ice cube mold
- Fill the ice tray with water and freeze
- Use in a fresh glass of water or cocktail!
