The New Website!

Our Portfolio/ Projects Archive section is being repopulated, but I will say that the work there is still a couple of years old as I’ve saved our newest
work for my book, so nothing much has changed there.  (It’s killing me not to upload all of our new projects right this minute but patience…
)  There are lots of new photos from our recent shoot at the studio with Helen Norman (above).

We’re getting SO close to the release date for my book Habitat: The Field Guide to Decorating (Abrams)and I’m getting a serious
education and glimpse into the publishing world.  I’ve seriously loved working with Abrams and the past couple of weeks have been a whirlwind.
We have a One Kings Lane sale with a bunch of goodies & floor samples for sale coming up the week the book’s out
(yay!) and things are moving along with our house.  (More on that next week but I’m loving the new painted white floors!!!)  I got a copy
of my book and it’s kind of crazy to finally have it in hand.  I don’t feel like it’s really happening yet but clearly it is.  I’m honestly
having a hard time judging it because I’ve been so close to it for so long.  I keep wondering if it looks like a “real book.”  It definitely
smells like one.

I’ve got a few of book parties & signings coming up & I would love to see you if there are any in your area.  I’ll be updating and
posting as events are scheduled but here’s a list of where I’ll be so far:

Signing at Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills, CA

We’ll be doing a book party in NYC in December and we might be visiting a few other cities so I’ll keep you posted! I’ll be adding all of the events to
the “book” page of the website soon.  Right now, I’m trying to wrap my head around how this is all going to happen with an almost five-month old
baby along for the ride, but I’m sure it’ll all work out.
