Ingredients
Instructions
Ingredients
1.5lb.wild caught salmon
1/4cupmayonnaise
handful of dillchopped
1/2clovegarliccrushed
1lemon for squeezing
Instructions
Set the raw salmon on a large sheet of tin foil (it will need to be large enough to loosely wrap over the top of the salmon when you’re done preparing it) and salt.
In a little bowl stir the mayonnaise with the chopped dill, crushed garlic, and salt and pepper it to taste.
Spread it over the salmon and drizzle with lemon juice.
Add about an ounce of water to the bottom of the tin foil (make sure to avoid pouring it over the salmon) and loosely wrap the tin foil closed over the salmon, trying to keep the foil off of the sauce if possible.
Put it on the grill on medium head (approx 375) or in the oven on 375 until cooked to your preference. (We like medium/ moist-approximately 10-20 minutes)
