lemon thyme hydrosolor thyme sprigs
1/4cupolive oil
2garlic clovesminced
salt and papper to taste
1/2fresh squeezed lemon
1/2cupwalnutschopped
handful of chopped herbsbasil, parsley, spinach, or beet greens
1Tbspparmesan cheesegrated or shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450
Chop the cauliflower
Chop the walnuts and set aside
Spray lemon thyme hydrosol onto the cauliflower (8-10 sprays)
Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and more lemon thyme hydrosol in a large bowl and stir until well mixed
Add the cauliflower and walnuts to the bowl and toss until covered in the olive oil mixture
Pour the cauliflower-olive oil mixture into a casserole dish
