Italian Chili
A warm and hearty soup that's perfect for feeding your family, or feeding a crowd.Serving Size: 12 People, Prep Time: 10 Minutes, Cook Time: 1 Hour
In a large lidded pot, cook ground beef, onion, fennel seeds, rosemary, salt and garlic over medium heat until browned
Stir in zucchini and mushrooms and any other vegetables you’re using
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and water
Season with basil, fennel seeds, salt, pepper and ½ the parsley
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes to 1 ½ hours, (depending upon your patience level) stir occasionally
Garnish with the rest of the Italian parsley and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
