Flower Blossom Prosecco

This drink feels like an instant garden party. Best served on a balmy summer afternoon, this Prosecco is made all the better with fresh, seasonal fruit and edible flowers.


  • 1 Bottle of Prosecco
  • 1 Summer peach sliced
  • Fresh, edible flowers
  • Mint leaves


  • Thinly slice some in season fruit, and add to a glass of Prosecco. We used Summer peaches, but raspberries or grapefruit would be great too.
  • Garnish with fresh, edible flowers and a sprig of mint and enjoy this quick and easy Summer drink!


For our edible flowers, we chose nasturtium from the garden, but violets, rose petals, white clover, and lavender are some others just to name a few. You can also pair the mint leaves with other herbs such as basil, lemon verbena, or lemon thyme.
