Creamy Celery Soup

The additions of potatoes and cream turn this celery soup into a velvety bowl of warmth that comes together in less than 30 minutes.
Serving Size: 5 People, Prep Time: 10 Minutes, Cook Time: 10 Minutes


  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 1 lb potatoes approx. 20 baby yellow
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream


  • Roughly chop celery, potatoes, and onion
  • Set aside some celery leaves for later
  • Sauté on medium-high heat until onion and celery are softened and salt to taste
  • Pour chicken broth into mixture, drop in garlic, and simmer until potatoes after softened (approx. 5 minutes)
  • Blend until smooth and creamy with no lumps (An immersion blender is easiest)
  • Add in heavy cream and blend again
  • Pour into bowl, garnish with chopped celery leaves, olive oil, and a little coarse salt. Enjoy!
